Warren Ashy has had a general litigation practice based in Lafayette, Louisiana since graduating from LSU Law School in 1976.While the majority of the practice is criminal, we handle accident/injury cases, as well as family law matters.
In our criminal practice, we have handled virtually every type of criminal case that exists. This includes the most serious criminal charges, such as murder, to simpler matters like OWI, and everything in between. A large portion of the practice involves the defense of all sorts of drug possession and distribution charges. Throughout his career, Mr. Ashy has been active in the legal community. In the past, he served as President of The Lafayette Trial Lawyers Association and on The President’s Advisory Council of Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association. He also taught Civil Litigation at the local University for approximately ten years.
